Where to sit at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
The best seats at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are West or East Stand lower tier, central touchline blocks (approx. West 104–105 / East 121–122) for the view. For value, choose Upper tier West/East central blocks (500s). For atmosphere, head to South Stand (single tier), lower blocks. Avoid North Stand blocks directly behind or beside a concert stage. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seats 62,850, home of Tottenham Hotspur.

Full detailAbout Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (opened 2019, capacity 62,850) is an asymmetric bowl built for more than football. Its defining feature is the single-tier South Stand — at 17,500 seats the largest single tier in the UK, a steep 34-degree 'wall' modelled on Dortmund's Yellow Wall and the loudest end of the ground. A world-first retractable synthetic pitch slides away to reveal an NFL/concert surface beneath, so the same bowl hosts Spurs, the NFL London Series, boxing and major concerts (Beyoncé, Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga). For football the best balanced views are the West and East lower tiers along the touchline; the upper tier (500s) is the best value with clean panoramic sightlines.
Opened in 2019 on the site of the old White Hart Lane, this 62,850-seat stadium features a retractable grass pitch that slides away to reveal an artificial NFL surface beneath, making it a dual-purpose football and gridiron venue. Its dramatic single-tier South Stand, 'The Wall', holds 17,500 fans in a steep, atmospheric bank behind the goal.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seating capacity and layouts
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seating capacity is about 62,850 seats. The number in use changes with the layout, so here is how each set-up works.
Football (Premier League / Champions League)
Full bowl, ~62,850. Home end is the single-tier South Stand (the noisiest, most partisan end); the dugouts, tunnel and premium hospitality run along the West Stand. Away fans are housed in the North Stand lower tier (approx. blocks 114–118). Touchline lower-tier seats in the West and East stands give the most balanced views.
NFL (London Series)
The stadium is the NFL's official London home with a purpose-built synthetic pitch beneath the grass (the grass retracts in three trays). Sideline seats in the West and East stands run parallel to the line of scrimmage — the premium NFL angle — while the South and North ends sit behind the end zones. NFL games here have drawn 60,000+ (record 61,273).
Concerts
Stage is typically built at the North Stand end (Bad Bunny, June 2026, performs to a North-end stage). The pitch becomes a standing floor (GA/pit) plus seated blocks. Closest views are the front of the floor; the South Stand faces the stage head-on from distance, the East/West sides are side-on, and North Stand blocks directly behind/beside the stage are sold as restricted-view or withheld.
Boxing & rugby
Has hosted world-title boxing (Joshua v Usyk 2021, Fury v Chisora 2022) on a central ring — closest floor/ringside seats are most prized — and European rugby finals. Configuration is centre-stage, so lower-tier sideline seats and floor seats are best.
Seating levels explained
South Stand (single tier)Lower blocks 248–260 (no 253 or 255), higher up the same tier 322–325 and 451–453
The 17,500-seat 'wall' — the largest single-tier stand in the UK at 34m high with a 34-degree rake. Home to the most vocal Spurs supporters and the Goal Line Bar (the longest in Europe).
Pros: Unmatched atmosphere; steep rake keeps even high rows close and head-on to the goal; the iconic end of the ground.
Cons: Behind the goal, so an end-on view of play; for concerts with a North-end stage it is the furthest seated block from the stage.
Lower tier (pitchside)West 101–109, North 110–116, East 117–124 (away 114–118)
The ground-level ring closest to the touchline and players.
Pros: Closest to the action and most immersive; West/East touchline blocks give balanced, side-on football views.
Cons: Low, flat sightlines make the far side harder to read; corner and behind-goal blocks are angled; front rows can have hoardings in view.
Premium middle tiersTwo smaller middle tiers each side
The East and West stands each split into four tiers, with the two middle tiers given over to corporate and premium hospitality (~8,000 premium seats and 70 loges in total).
Pros: Best comfort and sightlines in the ground; central touchline height; lounge and dining access.
Cons: Premium pricing only — not sold as general admission; package, not single-seat, in most cases.
Upper tierWest 501–510, North 511–519, East 520–530
The highest general-admission deck around three sides of the bowl.
Pros: Cheapest seats with clean, panoramic, unobstructed views — the best value in the stadium for reading the game.
Cons: Furthest from the pitch; steep climbs; back rows of the corners are the most remote seats.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium view from your seat
South Stand, lower blocks
248 to 260 (there is no 253 or 255), rows 1 to about 59The home end is one steep single tier of 17,500 seats behind the south goal, more than 34 metres high. Its front row is the closest in the ground to the pitch, at about 4.9 metres. The view is end on, but the steep rake keeps even mid height rows close to the goal below.
Tip: Rows 1 to 29 of these blocks are safe standing. If you would rather sit all game, pick row 30 or higher, or another stand.
South Stand, upper blocks (same single tier)
322 to 325 and 451 to 453, rows from the mid 30s up to at least 82The same tier carries on upwards, and row numbers continue from the blocks below rather than restarting, so a row in the 60s or 70s simply means you are high up the one stand. It gives a high, head on view of the whole pitch.
Tip: Rows 71 to 82 of blocks 323, 324 and 451 to 453 are also safe standing. For concerts with a North Stand stage, these blocks face the stage from the far end.
West Stand, Level 1
101 to 109Side on seats along the west touchline, with the Tunnel Club at pitch level and the premium tiers stacked above. The front row is up to 7.9 metres from the touchline in the West, North and East Stands.
Tip: At concerts the British Sign Language interpreter is in block 105, and there is a Changing Places toilet by block 105.
East Stand, Level 1
117 to 124 (117 and 118 are part of the away section)A side on touchline view at the same low height as the West Stand lower tier. Blocks 120 to 122 are the most central on this side, and the north end of the stand curves into the away corner.
Tip: Home fans buying resale for Premier League matches should avoid 117 and 118.
North Stand, Level 1
110 to 116 (away section 114 to 118)An end on view down the length of the pitch towards the South Stand. For football, blocks 110 to 113 are home seats and 114 to 118 are the away section.
Tip: The main stage for most concerts is built in front of this stand, so check the event plan before buying a North Stand seat for a concert.
North Stand, Level 4
416 to 424The North Stand middle tier, raised above the goal with an end on view. The Sensory Suite is by block 416.
Tip: The club warns that stage views from the Sensory Suite may be limited at concerts.
West and East premium tiers
201 to 247, 301 to 321 and 402 to 450The East and West Stands each have two smaller middle tiers for premium seating, with central, raised views of the touchline. There are about 8,000 premium seats and 70 loges across the stadium.
Tip: These seats are sold through the club's premium and hospitality sales rather than as general admission tickets.
Level 5 upper tier
501 to 530 (West 501 to 510, North 511 to 519, East 520 to 530)The top tier wraps round three sides with a panoramic view of the whole pitch from height. The central blocks run to about row 27.
Tip: For a touchline view at upper tier prices, look at West blocks 504 and 505, or East blocks 524 to 527.
How Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seat numbers work
The first digit of a block is its level. The 100s are Level 1 at pitch side. The 200s are Level 2: the lower part of the South Stand (248 to 260) and premium seats in the West and East Stands. The 300s and 400s are mostly premium, plus 322 to 325 and 451 to 453 higher up the South Stand and 416 to 424 as the North Stand middle tier. The 500s are Level 5, the top tier. Blocks run clockwise on each level: Level 1 starts at 101 in the West Stand, goes round the North Stand (110 to 118) and ends at 124 in the East Stand, and Level 5 runs from 501 (West) to 530 (East). Rows are numbered from 1 at the front, and in the single tier South Stand they keep counting upwards through the higher blocks to row 82 and beyond. Seat numbers do not restart in each block. They run on round each level.
Reading a ticket: Block 254, Row 21, Seat 207: South Stand (blocks 248 to 260), directly behind the goal. Row 21 is 21 rows up from the front and inside the rows 1 to 29 safe standing area. Block 452, Row 65 is almost directly above it, 44 rows higher in the same single tier.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium floor plan for concerts
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a regular concert venue. The official FAQs for the 2026 shows by Zach Bryan, Gorillaz, Bad Bunny and System of a Down put the main stage in front of the North Stand, while BTS in July 2026 had a stage in the centre of the stadium. Layouts change with each production, so check your event FAQ and ticket plan.
The floor: The grass pitch slides away and concerts use the artificial surface beneath it. The floor is general admission standing, and standing ticket holders can also use unreserved seats round the pitch edge. Under 14s are not allowed on the floor, and wheelchairs, walking aids and stools are not allowed in the standing areas.
The stage: With a North Stand stage, the South Stand faces it head on from the far end (248 to 260, 322 to 325 and 451 to 453). The West Stand (101 to 108, the premium levels and 501 to 510) and East Stand (117 to 124, the premium levels and 520 to 530) are side on. The North Stand tiers are behind the stage.
At concerts, accessible seating is in the Level 1 reserved seats round the pitch edge, with more on Levels 2 and 5 and in the premium areas.

Seats to avoid & obstructed views
North Stand blocks directly behind or beside a concert stage: Restricted or no view of the stage; often sold as restricted-view or withheld entirely for concerts.
Corner blocks where two stands meet (e.g. South/East and South/West junctions): Acute, angled views to the far end of the pitch or stage.
Back rows of the upper tier corners (500s): The most remote seats from the action; long climb and distant sightlines.
Front-row lower-tier seats: Pitchside hoardings, photographers and officials can intermittently block the lowest view.
End-zone (South/North) seats for NFL: Oblique angle to the line of scrimmage — cheaper but a poorer view of the play than the sidelines.
Accessibility & companion seating
One of the most accessible stadiums in the UK: around 265 wheelchair bays plus 500+ dedicated easily-accessible (amenity) seats spread across all levels and all four stands, giving a genuine choice of viewing height and price. Wheelchair and accessible tickets are issued through the Disability Access Scheme, which also provides a free personal assistant/companion ticket on eligibility. A Sensory Suite for guests with sensory needs sits in the North Stand by Block 416 (note: stage views from it can be limited during concerts), with assistance-dog provision and changing-places facilities. Accessible tickets sell out fast for concerts and big matches; contact access@tottenhamhotspur.com.
Where: Wheelchair and amenity positions are located on every level of all four stands (West, East, North and the single-tier South). The Sensory Suite is in the North Stand by Block 416.
Food & drink at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was built around its catering, with more than 58 food and drink outlets in general admission and the Market Place food hall on South Stand Level 1, home to the 65-metre Goal Line Bar — billed as Europe's longest — and an on-site Beavertown microbrewery supplying craft beer throughout the ground. Named outlets range from N17 Grill burgers and Smashed Olive stone-baked pizzas to The Linesman's line-caught fish and chips and in-stadium-made pies at the Tap Inn counters.
The stadium is fully cashless — no cash is accepted anywhere on the campus — with contactless cards, mobile payments and club gift cards accepted instead.

Frequently asked questions
What are the best seats at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
For football, the central touchline blocks of the West or East Stand lower tier give the most balanced, side-on view of the whole pitch. For value, the upper tier (500s) over the same touchline offers clean panoramic views for the lowest prices; for atmosphere, the single-tier South Stand is the loudest end.
What is the cheapest seating at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
The upper tier (blocks in the 500s) around the West, East and North stands is the most economical general seating, while still offering elevated, unobstructed views. Behind-goal and corner blocks are typically cheaper than central touchline seats.
Where do away fans sit at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
Away supporters are housed in the North Stand lower tier, broadly blocks 114–118, in up to four dedicated sections.
What is the South Stand and is it the best place to sit?
The South Stand is a single-tier, 17,500-seat 'wall' — the largest single tier in the UK — built to be the home, atmosphere end (modelled on Borussia Dortmund's Yellow Wall). It's the best choice for noise and passion, but as it sits behind the goal the view of play is end-on rather than side-on.
Where is the stage for concerts, and which seats are best?
Concert stages are usually built at the North Stand end (Bad Bunny in June 2026 plays to a North-end stage). The standing floor/pit at the front is closest; the South Stand gives a head-on but distant seated view; East and West sides are side-on. Blocks directly behind or beside the stage are restricted-view or withheld.
How does the block numbering work?
The first digit is the level. Level 1 runs clockwise from the West Stand (101–109), round the North Stand (110–116, with the away section 114–118) to the East Stand (117–124). The single-tier South Stand is 248–260 at the bottom, with 322–325 and 451–453 higher up the same tier. The top tier is West 501–510, North 511–519 and East 520–530. Middle tiers in the East and West are premium/hospitality.
Is Tottenham Hotspur Stadium good for NFL?
Yes — it's the NFL's purpose-built London home, with a synthetic pitch beneath the retractable grass. The best NFL seats are the West and East sidelines (parallel to the line of scrimmage); the South and North ends sit behind the end zones.
Is there accessible and companion seating?
Yes — around 265 wheelchair bays and 500+ amenity seats across every level of all four stands, issued via the Disability Access Scheme (which includes a free personal-assistant ticket on eligibility). There is a Sensory Suite in the North Stand by Block 416. Demand is high for concerts and big matches; contact access@tottenhamhotspur.com early.
Does Tottenham Hotspur Stadium have a seating plan with seat numbers?
Yes. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium's seating plan is split into numbered sections across its tiers (South Stand (single tier) Lower blocks 248–260 (no 253 or 255), higher up the same tier 322–325 and 451–453; Lower tier (pitchside) West 101–109, North 110–116, East 117–124 (away 114–118); Premium middle tiers Two smaller middle tiers each side; Upper tier West 501–510, North 511–519, East 520–530), with individual seat numbers running within each section. Check the seating plan on this page or the official chart for exact seat numbers.
What is the view like from the seats at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
The best views at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are from West or East Stand lower tier, central touchline blocks (approx. West 104–105 / East 121–122) — Side-on at the halfway line and close to the pitch — the most balanced view of the whole field. The weakest are North Stand blocks directly behind or beside a concert stage: Restricted or no view of the stage; often sold as restricted-view or withheld entirely for concerts. For a seat-by-seat view, see the view-from-seat photos and the seating plan for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Where should I sit at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with kids?
With kids at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, pick aisle seats near a concourse so exits and toilet runs are easy. Note that the Upper tier is steep, so young children and anyone uneasy with heights are better lower down.
What are the stands at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is made up of 4 main stands: South Stand (single tier); Lower tier (pitchside); Premium middle tiers; Upper tier.
What is the view like from the seats at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
For the best view at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, aim for West or East Stand lower tier, central touchline blocks (approx. West 104–105 / East 121–122) (Side-on at the halfway line and close to the pitch — the most balanced view of the whole field.); Upper tier West/East central blocks (500s) (Cheapest general seats with elevated, clean, panoramic sightlines and no obstruction.). The view is most restricted from North Stand blocks directly behind or beside a concert stage (Restricted or no view of the stage; often sold as restricted-view or withheld entirely for concerts.).
