Full detailAbout LDLC Arena
The LDLC Arena, planned as the largest event hall outside the Paris region, opened in 2023, seating 12,523 for basketball and up to 16,000 for concerts. Its bowl wraps the floor in steeply raked tiers with numbered blocks — 100-level sections low down and 200- and 300-level sections above — while the flat floor (the fosse) is standing or seated by event, and two hospitality ranges, Les Terrasses and Le Club & La Suite, sit above the general admission seating.
The LDLC Arena is a purpose-built multi-purpose arena at 5 avenue Simone Veil in Décines-Charpieu, in the Metropolis of Lyon, designed by Populous and built by Vinci for OL Groupe at a cost of €141 million. It opened on 23 November 2023 with a EuroLeague basketball game, and its 1,200-tonne roof structure spans 70 metres. The official site lists 16 approved configurations and a video cube carrying 144 square metres of LED screens. It was known as the OL Arena before the LDLC naming partnership.

Seating levels explained
Fosse (arena floor)
The flat arena floor, sold as standing or seated depending on the event; for basketball the court itself occupies the floor.
Pros: The closest position to the stage at standing concerts, in the middle of the crowd.
Cons: The floor is flat, so the view depends on the people in front; bars can be installed on the floor at some concerts, taking up space.
100-level blocks
The lowest raked tier of the bowl, closest to the floor. A View From My Seat does not yet list confirmed 100-level sections for the venue, but the venue's own interactive map covers every block.
Pros: The closest tiered seats to the court or stage, with a steep rake over the floor.
Cons: Blocks beside an end stage sit at a sharp angle to the performance.
200-level blocksSections 202, 203, 206 among others
The middle raked level of the bowl, with numbered blocks such as 202, 203 and 206 confirmed by seat-view photos on A View From My Seat.
Pros: Elevated, face-on view of an end stage from the central blocks at mid-range prices.
Cons: Further from the stage or court than the 100 level.
300-level blocksSection 314 among others
The top public level of the bowl, with blocks such as 314 confirmed by A View From My Seat.
Pros: Generally the cheapest seats in the arena, with a full panoramic view of the production.
Cons: The highest and furthest seating from an end stage.
Les Terrasses and Le Club & La Suite
The venue's two VIP ranges, sold through the official hospitality ticket office: Les Terrasses (Premium), a mezzanine lounge in the heart of the arena with seats adjoining the salon, and the Prestige range's two salons, La Suite and Le Club.
Pros: Dinner cocktails and drinks served continuously, dedicated VIP entrance and included parking; Prestige adds the seats closest to the stage plus before- and after-show access.
Cons: Sold as hospitality packages at per-person prices well above general admission.

A dedicated PSH/PMR ticket office operates for each event, with seats chosen on the seating plan.
